Room had a beer bottle upon check-in.

its magnificent, central location was a plus. the queen room was great-sized and updated. the staff was amicable & accommodating.

The stay here was fairly nice during our visit. The food was FAB and the staff was fantastically friendly. The breakfast had plenty of options, including toast and cereal. Central location was a plus. Just a 15-minute walk away there was Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station. We appreciated the hotel overall.

Tales from the unexpected

The exterior hints at neglect, but inside, the rooms are good surprises. Modern, clean, and boasting comfy beds, it's a restful night. The friendly front desk adds to the charm. Breakfast is basic but sufficient for a quick start.

the pool house was very dirty with cigerate butts lying around and the celing in great need oh repair

I loved well-organised room with the air conditioning, bedroom, clean towels, and helpful staff. The hotel was in a comfy location, in the middle of jackson.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Beds werevery comfy and tidy. The games room had fun options like billiards and darts. The bathroom had a leaking faucet and the shower pressure was weak.

only 3 lights worked, the blowdryer wouldn't work even after checking the GFI and reset buttons on the both the GFI and dryer. The room next to ours had a dog who made itself known often. No rest what so ever

I really enjoyed this hip new hotel and stayed for 1 night here. The room was large with a master key and they provided wake-up service when I asked. Its location was central, 500 feet from Wyoming Downs. The restaurant was great and food was great!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The room felt fresh, although the bathroom needed attention. Breakfast options were limited, but the coffee was decent. A great spot if you plan to explore the area, just don't rely too heavily on the provided breakfast.

My first impression was too cancel my reservations and go else where the hotel looked like a dump. The facilities is dated. the main lobby is uninviting.

We had a surprisingly pleasant stay, with a clean, comfortable room that accommodated our family of four. The kids enjoyed exploring the area, and we appreciated the easy access to outdoor activities like skiing and snowboarding nearby.

For dads, it would be great if they improved breakfast options. The selections were limited.
